Currently we offer UPS Ground and FedEx 2 Day options.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Where Do We Ship?
NeuroSky ships to the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan.
In Canada, NeuroSky only ships the MindWave, and it is Delivery Duties Unpaid. Brokerage fees, depending on your region in Canada can cost as much as $60.

How Much Does Shipping and Handling Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can select different flat-rate shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

How Do We Ship Digital Goods?
For digital downloads, an email will be automatically sent so you can download the application. Downloads will be available to you for 1 week, with 3 downloads. If your program requires a software key, you must email: support ( at ) neurosky.com.

When Do We Ship?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Orders made before 11AM PST will be processed on the same working day.  Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday.  You can always contact us at support ( at ) neurosky.com .

Where’s Your Stuff?
After you’ve placed your order, an automatically generated email will be sent at the time of shipment with your package’s tracking number. You can check on the shipment status with the tracking number. Tracking numbers are automatically sent out in the evening PST.
